What RevBridge does

When a SaaS company is sold, its Stripe subscriptions do not move with it. Stripe's Customer Data Copy carries the eligible customers and the saved cards Stripe supports into the buyer's account, but the subscriptions themselves have to be built again on the other side. RevBridge is the tool that builds them.

An operator connects both accounts with restricted API keys, uploads the customer mapping CSV that Stripe's copy produces, and runs a dry-run. The dry-run scans the seller's account for billing-relevant subscriptions and reports what it can hand over, what needs review, and what it refuses. Nothing is written to either account until the operator approves it.

RevBridge blocks rather than guesses. One subscription it cannot move safely stops the whole handover, because a half-finished one leaves customers billed in two places at once. Every approved action is checked again immediately before the buyer-side write, and every action lands in a single audit trail covering every run, which the operator can export as CSV or PDF once a run has finished and its keys are wiped.

The compatibility matrix lists every subscription shape RevBridge moves, reviews, or refuses, and the documentation covers the setup in full.
